A SANDWICH IS BORN


 
On Friday our students were delighted to discover chef speakeasy’s latest creation.
                                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                   Here’s the recipe : Cream cheese, fromage blanc, smoked trout, lumpfish roe, a squirt or two of lemon juice, salt & pepper (not too heavy on the salt), sliced cucumber.



If anybody has an idea for a name, we could give to our new sandwich - Let us know!
